Islington Community Housing Co-op

Islington Community Housing Co-op does not operate a waiting list. When a flat becomes vacant the Co-op contacts Islington Council to nominate suitable people to the Co-op from their housing waiting list using the system of Choice Based Letting, or contacts Westminster Housing Co-op for a referral.

If you currently live in Islington, you should contact your Local Housing Office for advice, or you can ring the Housing Advice team.
