ICHC owns a total of twenty nine properties in the North Islington area, all within a one-mile radius of Archway.

 

Twenty seven of these are Victorian houses, which were acquired and converted between 1982 and 1996, to provide a range of different sized accommodation.

 

There are also two new-build schemes, one constructed in 1987 called ‘The Triangle’, which contains twenty flats. The other was constructed in 1992 and provides twelve flats.

 

The Co-op is committed to improving and upgrading its stock to an agreed standard. These standards will change in response to tenants' expectations and Decent Homes Standards and will therefore be reviewed on a regular basis.
